Pricing

Buy once, use permanently. KliemSoft is available as a perpetual license per module – no subscription. Maintenance with updates and support is optional and costs 20 % of the license price per year.

Introductory offer until 31 March 2027: 20 % discount on all licenses.

From 10 additional users 20 % discount on user licenses, from 25 users price on request.
Upgrade from Single to PRO: you only pay the difference; the Single price is credited in full. All data and the change log are transferred.
Adding a module: you pay the bundle price minus the module you already own.
Time Tracking is in preparation; the price will be announced at launch.

Maintenance

Maintenance costs 20 % of the current list price of all licensed modules and users per year. It keeps KliemSoft up to date with legal and technical changes.

PRO: help with installing KliemSoft updates on the server via remote maintenance (up to 1 hour per year)
Term of 12 months, renews annually, can be cancelled with 3 months’ notice to the end of the term
Without maintenance, the version you bought keeps running indefinitely – just without updates and support
Re-entry later: back payment of the skipped years, at most 50 % of the current license price

Maintenance Plus for PRO (30 % per year): additionally telephone support with a response on the next business day, and we install the updates for you.

Hourly services are billed per started 15 minutes. Business support helps you map your assets correctly in KliemSoft. It is not tax advice: decisions on useful life, depreciation method or transfers under § 6b EStG are made with your tax advisor.

Example calculation

Fixed Asset Accounting Single with maintenance in all five years: €349 license + 5 × €69.80 maintenance = €698 over five years, i.e. less than €140 per year – with all updates.
